Job Title

The position offers a competitive hourly wage ranging from $17.00 to $25.00 per hour, with potential for additional compensation based on various factors.

The role involves developing and supporting membership by providing information on benefits, promoting company products, processing upgrades, and participating in sales events. It also includes ensuring the safety of the facility, fulfilling member orders, completing work assignments, and providing excellent member service.

• Develops and supports membership by providing information on benefits, promoting the value of company products, processing memberships, upgrades, and credit accounts.
• Maintains safety of the facility by following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines.
• Fulfills member orders by reviewing orders, pulling items, scanning, wrapping, palletizing, ensuring accuracy, and following up on out-of-stock merchandise.
• Completes work assignments and priorities by collaborating with managers, coworkers, customers, and business partners.
• Provides member service by acknowledging the member, identifying their needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and promoting company products.
• Complies with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity.
