Manage and lead store operations and staff across the assigned store/district to achieve sales, profit, and guest-service goals;
Provide best-in-class guest service, greet guests, respond to questions, promote promotions, and foster guest loyalty;
Supervise and delegate tasks to Sales Associates, Retail Keyholders, and Assistant Store Managers; schedule staff and manage payroll;
Ensure the store environment is clean, organized, merchandised, and compliant with policies; oversee inventory and loss prevention;
Ensure Omni-Channel orders are fulfilled and shipped daily; maintain store records and regulatory compliance
