• Competitive Compensation – targeted 1st year annual compensation of $50,000 per year with an average 47 hour work week.

• Learn the business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches.
• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind‑the‑scenes operational expert.
• Master the knowledge and skills needed to run a branch, cultivate new business, and develop your team.
• Excel at customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations.
• Build community relationships essential to building your own business.
• Participate in a structured program and receive guidance, mentoring, and support.

• Bachelor’s degree, or within 2 semesters of graduating with a Bachelor’s.
• Valid driver’s license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related conviction on your record in the past 3 years (e.g., DUI, DWI).
• Authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by the company now or in the future.
