Compensation: $90,000-$150,000 annually

When a homeowner or business experiences water damage, understanding what to do next can be overwhelming. As a Water Damage Sales Consultant with Roto-Rooter Plumbing and Water Clean Up, you'll help customers understand their restoration needs and available solutions.

You'll meet directly with property owners, evaluate their needs, prepare estimates, explain recommended services, and follow up throughout the sales process.

We're looking for someone who can build trust quickly, communicate clearly, and turn customer needs into successful restoration projects.

• Meeting with residential and commercial customers
• Evaluating water damage and mitigation needs
• Discussing available restoration services
• Developing and presenting estimates
• Answering customer questions about recommended services
• Following up on open estimates and sales opportunities
• Maintaining relationships throughout the sales process
• Helping customers move forward with approved restoration work
• Coordinating project information with field technicians
• Communicating with office personnel and management
• Tracking leads and customer communication
• Working toward individual performance and sales goals

We're looking for someone who is comfortable talking with customers, asking questions, explaining solutions, and following through.

Strong candidates will have:

• Previous sales experience preferred
• In-home sales or service industry sales experience is a plus
• Strong customer relationship and communication skills
• Confidence discussing estimates and service recommendations
• Ability to follow up consistently with prospective customers
• Self-motivation and a results-oriented mindset
• Strong organization and time management
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with field teams
• Restoration, water mitigation, plumbing, construction, or related experience is helpful
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
