Full‑Time Security Officer

Wage: $19.50/hour

• Resolve conflicts and de‑escalate situations.
• Interact frequently with client employees and visitors.
• Identify and report safety issues, hazardous conditions, or suspicious activity.
• Ensure all post orders are followed and assigned rounds are completed.
• Conduct outdoor walking patrols.
• Carry out specific tasks and duties related to the assigned location.

• 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma, GED, or ability to complete the GED program within 6 months.
• Above‑average computer/technology skills.
• Security, law enforcement, or military experience preferred.
• Impeccable customer service and team leadership skills.
• Calm and professional in stressful situations.
• Great attention to detail and continuous vigilance during the shift.
• Ability to respond to emergencies with rapid, effective judgment and appropriate escalation.
• Willingness to participate in the company’s pre‑employment screening, including drug screen and background investigation.
