What You'll Do

As a Drain and Sewer Technician, you'll inspect, diagnose, and restore residential and commercial drainage systems while providing outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities include:

  • Diagnose clogged drains and sewer line issues
  • Clear drain blockages using professional drain cleaning equipment
  • Operate sewer cameras and hydro jetting equipment to identify drainage problems
  • Recommend repair options based on inspection findings
  • Explain solutions clearly and professionally to customers
  • Document completed work using company technology
  • Maintain company vehicles, tools, and specialized equipment
  • Follow safety procedures and company quality standards
  • Continue developing your skills through hands-on training in plumbing, underground utilities, and advanced sewer diagnostics
What We're Looking For

We're seeking dependable, motivated individuals who enjoy hands-on work and want to build a career in the plumbing industry.

Qualified candidates should have:

  • Mechanical aptitude and strong problem-solving skills
  • Previous experience in plumbing, drain cleaning, construction, maintenance, landscaping, automotive repair, mechanical trades, or another hands-on field is preferred but not required
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
  • Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting equipment and working indoors and outdoors in varying conditions
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Valid driver's license
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
