How you’ll make an impact

Armed with laptops and tablets, you’ll manage work orders, monitor service intervals, and order parts with ease. By pulling live data across hundreds of equipment makes and models, you’ll identify root causes quickly and deliver precise corrective actions. You’ll service both company-owned and customer machines — from heavy equipment to aerial lifts — and keep our fleet among the most reliable in the industry.

Your workweek

Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–5:00 PM Overtime after 40 hours

On-call rotation may apply; additional compensation provided

Core responsibilities

Perform maintenance and repair on complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems using independent judgment

Document work completely and daily via electronic work orders

Operate with a safety-first mindset on every task Travel to customer jobsites as needed and maintain a clean, professional service vehicle

Assist in training junior technicians and support equipment/parts logistics

Leverage OSHA knowledge in the field (preferred)
Other duties as assigned

What you bring

Ownership of tools required for the position

Advanced mechanical aptitude; strong with schematics and diagrams

Deep knowledge of construction equipment

Excellent customer service, teamwork, and communication skills

Background & credentials

High school diploma; trade school certificate preferred

Experience in field service, maintenance, and repair preferred

Valid driver’s license with acceptable record; 21+ to operate a company vehicle

Physical requirements

Ability to move, stand, stoop, and bend freely

Lift up to 50 pounds

May be required to be clean shaven to access certain customer sites
