Looking for a reliable and professional Switchboard Operator for a 4-month fixed-term contract as a Switchboard Operator.

You will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound calls, directing calls to the appropriate departments or individuals, and providing general administrative support.

Responsibilities:

Answering and directing incoming calls in a professional manner
Taking messages and forwarding them to the appropriate person
Greeting visitors and directing them to the correct department
Providing basic information to callers and visitors
Performing general administrative duties as assigned
Requirements:

Matric certificate
Computer literate
Excellent telephone etiquette
Previous experience as a switchboard operator or in a similar role preferred
Excellent communication and customer service skills
