Introduction
Responsible for administrative support for all Real Estate processes and activitiesJob description
KEY PERFORMANCE AREASProvides administrative support regarding document collation, correspondence and meeting summaries
Prepares and collates Regional Guild and Property Committee presentations and packs
Manages and maintains the lease management system and the lease repository with respect to both head leases and retailer-own leases
Ensures lease maintenance audit communication and any other assigned correspondence with retailers and landlords
Manages lease billing queries with finance and ensures feedback
Extracts and collates feasibility and market insight comparisons from service provider sources such as Fern ridge
Compiles reports as required for property services and the real estate management in support of goal status and progress against budget and targets
Processes purchase orders as per required procedures
Provides real estate inputs as required by Retail Operations and Finance departments
Manages travel arrangements
Provides administrative support as required by the real estate teams
Minimum requirements
SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE• Matric
• Relevant tertiary qualification in bookkeeping or office administration
• A Minimum of 4 years’ administrative experience in service management environment
• Experience in the retail property is advantageous
• SAP and web-based admin experience is essential
• Proven customer service working environment

• Excellent communication, written and interpersonal skills, to interface effectively with all levels within the organisation including retailers
• Ability to understand and quickly learn new systems and processes
• Proven problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• A high degree of confidentiality and integrity
• Very good, proven competence with MS Office (intermediate to advanced Excel proficiency)
