Office Manager – Diep River | Industrial Manufacturing & Lighting The Opportunity

This is a stable Office Manager position based in Diep River, offering a R15 000 monthly salary and the chance to work inside a well-established industrial manufacturing environment. You will gain hands-on exposure to operations, sales support, and logistics coordination while working closely with management.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Manage daily office administration and ensure smooth office operations

  • Coordinate communication between departments, management, suppliers, and service providers

  • Support sales and operations with documentation, reports, and follow-ups

  • Manage dispatch paperwork, courier coordination, and record keeping

  • Maintain organised filing systems, schedules, and office supplies

Experience & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Office Management or senior office administration

  • Strong office administration and coordination skills

  • Comfortable using MS Word, Excel, email, and basic systems

  • Experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or technical environment is an advantage

  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail

  • Clear written and verbal communication skills

  • Matric (Grade 12)

  • Experience with document control, operations support, and internal coordination
