Office Administrator
Position overviewWe are looking for a highly-organised, trustworthy, and adaptable Office Administrator to support senior leaders and take responsibility for the day-to-day running of the office. The ideal candidate will have a strong administrative background, an energetic approach to getting the job done, and a high level of professionalism.
Key responsibilities- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, COO and Operations Department
- Manage office supplies, correspondence, and general filing
- Coordinate meetings, calendars, travel arrangements, and schedules
- Assist with document preparation, internal communications, and project reporting
- Maintain accurate records and track all office and project deliverables
- Communicate and co-ordinate with suppliers and clients on time-sensitive matters
- Liaise with service providers, clients as well as internal teams
- Assist with onboarding and support for clients
- Manage petty cash and general day-to-day office operations
- Minimum of five years’ proven experience in an administrative or office support role
- No criminal history (clear background check required)
- Valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle (essential)
- Comfortable working in an open office environment
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities
- Strong organisational and time-management skills (essential)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (essential)
- Complete efficiency in Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Google equivalents
- Strong experience managing shared cloud drives (Google Drive, One Drive, or similar)
- High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information (essential)
- Professional, proactive, and team-oriented attitude
- Willingness to work overtime when required
- Mastery of interpersonal skills
- Comfortability with a high-level of collaboration
- Impeccable organisational skills
- Proactive approach to task management
- Resilience and ability to perform under pressure
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
- Strong digital literacy and ability to adapt to new software platforms
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities
- Sensible and able to act decisively when required
