Working Hours: 08:00 – 17:00, Monday to Friday
About the Role:
Our client, based in Cape Town, is seeking a reliable and professional Temp Receptionist to support their front desk for a period of one month. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys providing excellent customer service and keeping the office running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
Greeting and assisting visitors in a friendly and professional manner
Answering and directing incoming phone calls
Managing incoming and outgoing emails and correspondence
Handling basic administrative tasks, including filing, scanning, and data entry
Maintaining a tidy and organized reception area
Assisting with scheduling and coordination where needed
Requirements:
Previous reception or front-desk experience preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Professional appearance and demeanor
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Basic computer literacy (MS Office)
