• Key Responsibilities
• Manage executives calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements.
• Handle correspondence, calls, and client communications on behalf of management.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting documentation.
• Assist with project administration and coordination across departments.
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure smooth day-to-day operations for the executive team.
• Requirements
• 3+ years experience as an EA, PA, or similar role.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and comfortable with digital tools.
• Professional communication skills, written and verbal.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
