Mobelli Furniture + Living is seeking a highly organised, proactive, and detail‑driven Personal Assistant & Showroom Coordinator to support our Directors
, while ensuring our showroom environment reflects the excellence our brand is known for.

About the Role

This hybrid position combines executive support
, operations coordination
, and showroom management
. You’ll manage calendars, travel, correspondence, Linked In outreach, and confidential tasks for the Directors—anticipating their needs and freeing up their time to focus on strategic priorities.

On the operations side, you’ll assist with reports, admin tasks, and communication across the head office team. In the showroom, you’ll help maintain visual excellence, ensure accurate pricing and product tagging, support layout updates, and conduct stock counts.

Key Responsibilities

Executive Support

  • Manage schedules, meetings, appointments, and travel for the Directors.
  • Handle professional and personal admin, errands, and correspondence.
  • Maintain files, manage email and Linked In communication, and act as a liaison with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Anticipate needs, protect their focus, and enhance efficiency.
  • Assist with Excel‑based reporting and data organisation.

Operations Assistance

  • Support with report generation.
  • Provide administrative assistance across head office teams.

Showroom Coordination

  • Maintain a neat, accurate, and visually appealing showroom.
  • Ensure all products have correct, updated price tags, QR codes, and descriptions.
  • Assist with visual merchandising and layout updates.
  • Perform stock cycle counts and stock take duties.
