MVIA is seeking a high-calibre Executive Assistant & Strategic Support to support the Managing Director and help enable effective leadership across the Group. This is a trusted, high-impact role suited to someone who operates confidently at executive level, brings strong judgement, and enjoys turning complexity into clarity.
This role goes beyond traditional executive support. You will act as a strategic enabler to the MD — coordinating priorities, managing projects, supporting decision-making, and ensuring momentum across key initiatives. The ideal candidate is energetic, solutions-driven, highly organised, and comfortable operating in a fast-moving, senior environment.
What you’ll be responsible for- Providing proactive, high-level executive support to the Managing Director
- Managing the MD’s priorities, schedule, and preparation to ensure effective use of time
- Acting as a coordination point between the MD and senior leaders across the business
- Supporting planning, tracking, and execution of key strategic and operational initiatives
- Managing and coordinating projects, follow-ups, and action items across multiple work streams
- Preparing briefing notes, presentations, and summaries for meetings and decision-making
- Supporting communication flow and ensuring key messages, decisions, and actions are tracked
- Anticipating needs, identifying risks or bottlenecks, and proposing practical solutions
- Supporting governance, reporting, and documentation where required
- Handling sensitive information with discretion, professionalism, and integrity
- A relevant qualification in business, management, operations, or a related field
- Experience supporting senior executives in a fast-paced, professional environment
- The ability to operate confidently at executive level and engage with senior stakeholders
- Strong organisational, prioritisation, and project coordination skills
- A solutions-driven mindset with the ability to think ahead and act decisively
- High attention to detail combined with strong commercial and contextual awareness
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to manage multiple priorities calmly and effectively
- High levels of discretion, trustworthiness, and professionalism
