Roles and ResponsibilitiesWe are seeking detail-driven, process-focused individuals to join our new Keying Department
. This team is responsible for accurately capturing and processing mortgage application data at pace.
This role is purely back office and requires individuals who thrive in a structured, high-volume, accuracy critical environment.
The individual will be responsible for:
- Accurately key new mortgage applications into external systems within agreed turnaround times.
- Review supporting documents (income, , bank statements) and ensure data matches application fields.
- Maintain strict adherence to data accuracy standards
- Ensure all updates are logged and acknowledged in CRM systems.
- Work collaboratively with the wider mortgage team to ensure cases move smoothly through the pipeline.
- Contribute to maintaining departmental SLA targets for speed, accuracy, and error resolution.
- The individual should have knowledge of the UK property market and an understanding of mortgages.
- Demonstrated ability in data entry, document checking, and high-volume processing
. - Strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors quickly.
- Comfortable working in a structured, repetitive role with clear KPIs.
- Be highly organised and able to prioritise
