Receptionist – The Friendly Face of Our Business

We’re looking for an energetic and enthusiastic Receptionist to join our team and be the welcoming face of our organisation. If you love people, enjoy keeping things organised, and take pride in creating a positive first impression, we’d love to hear from you.

About the Role

As our Receptionist, you’ll be the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and callers. You’ll play a key role in ensuring everyone feels welcomed, supported, and well looked after from the moment they arrive.

  • Answering and directing phone calls efficiently
  • Handling general administrative tasks
  • Keeping the reception area tidy, organised, and inviting
  • Supporting the wider team as needed
About You

  • Well‑presented with excellent communication skills
  • Organized, reliable, and detail‑oriented
  • Comfortable using basic office systems and technology
  • Previous reception or customer‑facing experience is a plus, but not essential
