Job Description

A leading fashion e-commerce company is seeking a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to provide dedicated support to the MD. This role requires a calm, detail-oriented professional who can manage competing priorities, maintain strict confidentiality, and ensure seamless day-to-day coordination in a fast-paced, happy and collaborative environment. Hybrid (3 days in office), permanent, full-time hours Monday to Friday, R30 000 - R35 000 per month.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and meeting coordination
  • Arrange travel, accommodation, transfers, and related logistics
  • Prepare meeting packs, agendas, minutes, and follow up actions
  • Compile professional documents, presentations, reports, and correspondence
  • Act as a central point of contact for internal teams, suppliers, and external partners
  • Manage shifting priorities and respond effectively to urgent requests
Requirements Experience and Requirements
  • Proven experience supporting senior executives or high performing teams
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace including Docs, Sheets, Slides, Calendar, and Drive
  • Valid driver’s licence and own reliable transport
  • Comfortable working in a pet friendly office environment
Skills and Attributes
  • High level of discretion when handling confidential information
  • Strong organisational, multitasking, and problem solving abilities
  • Professional communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with service providers and stakeholders
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and efficiency
