Minimum requirements:

Matric essential

Minimum 2 years Reception and Administration experience at another law firm (advantageous)

Proficient in MS Word and Excel

Reception and Switchboard Operations

Receiving guests and ensuring Reception area is clean and tidy

Receiving and distributing legal documents served at the office

Handling deliveries from couriers and client collections

Keeping attendance of staff updated

Assist in general administration tasks wherever needed within the office

Dead file administration

Ordering and administration of office supplies

Making teas and coffees for clients if required

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Excellent interpersonal skills

Good telephone etiquette

Neat, professional and presentable

Customer service orientated

Reliable

Preference will be given to previously disadvantaged individuals
