Cape TownA well-established conveyancing firm in Central Cape Town is seeking an experienced Conveyancing Paralegal with strong exposure to Nedbank and FNB Home Loans Minimum Requirements:

5–10 years’ proven experience as a Conveyancing Paralegal
, with a strong focus on home loan cancellations

Extensive hands-on experience with FNB and/or Nedbank Home Loans (
residential only – no commercial loans
)

Proven ability to manage a high-volume home loan cancellation practice efficiently and accurately

In-depth understanding of the end-to-end home loan cancellation process

Regular liaison with FNB and Nedbank Home Loans departments

High level of attention to detail and strong quality control skills

Excellent administrative and organisational abilities

Computer literate, with experience using conveyancing software systems

Able to work independently, meet tight deadlines, and cope under pressure in a fast-paced environment
