Our client in the dental industry is seeking a professional, tech‑savvy Receptionist to join their front‑office team. • Welcome and assist patients, providing a professional and friendly first impression
• Manage diaries, bookings, and patient records using systems such as GoodX, Hubspot, Whats App, and email
• Handle check‑ins, check‑outs, and general enquiries efficiently
• Process payments (cash, card, EFT, medical aid) with accuracy and integrity
• Maintain confidentiality in line with POPIA and HPCSA requirements
• Keep reception and waiting areas tidy, stocked, and welcoming
• Support operational tasks including correspondence, reporting, and supplier liaison

• Matric (Grade 12) essential; a diploma/certificate in administration, hospitality, or healthcare reception advantageous
• 3–5 years’ experience in a busy dental, medical, or hospitality environment
• Strong computer literacy with proficiency in MS Office and practice management systems (Hub Spot; GoodX)
• Excellent communication skills in English and Afrikaans
• Professional grooming, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask under pressure
• Warm, patient‑centric approach with integrity and confidentiality
