We’re seeking a highly organized & experienced Secretary to provide administrative support to the Hotel General Manager based at their very busy property in Cape Town.
As Secretary you’ll be managing schedules, travel, staff coordination, coordinating meetings, preparing reports & correspondence, handling confidential information, & serving as a liaison between the GM & internal/external stakeholders. You’ll be comfortable acting as Duty Manager when required & dealing with guests & bookings.
The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, & the ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Requirements:
- South African National or those with valid work permits
- Previous experience in a hotel administrative or executive support role
- Strong organizational & time-management skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and hotel systems
- Professional communication & confidentiality
Salary package: Negotiable + benefits (provident, medical aid contribution) + 13th cheque
