Massam Holdings is HIRING!!!
We are looking for a professional, well-presented Receptionist to join our team in Sea Point. The successful candidate must have 2–4 years’ reception experience and be willing to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcoming guests and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Managing calls, emails, and front desk enquiries
- Handling bookings, check-ins/check-outs, and general administration
- Maintaining a neat and organised reception area
- Supporting operational and administrative requirements as needed
- 2–4 years’ proven experience in a receptionist or front-office role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong administrative and organisational ability
- Computer literate (MS Office; booking systems advantageous)
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Willing and able to work shifts
- Based in or able to commute easily to Sea Point
- Market-related remuneration
