Position Overview
MCI is a rapidly growing tech‑enabled business services company in the USA, offering customer experience (CX), business process outsourcing (BPO) and cloud technology solutions across multiple industries. The company operates call centers with on‑site and remote agents, leveraging advanced technologies to enhance customer journeys and drive scalability.
We seek an Executive Assistant to provide exceptional support to senior leadership. The role requires a highly organized, proactive, and discreet individual who can manage a fast‑paced, complex schedule while handling a wide range of administrative, logistical, and operational tasks.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a complicated and busy schedule.
- Perform planning, logistics and operations work.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support, including data entry, project assistance, event/meeting planning, filing, mail handling, and correspondence processing.
- Coordinate individual and group travel.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with appropriate judgement and discretion.
- Organize meetings and summits from start to finish.
- Screen phone calls, manage correspondence, prepare documents, process bill payment and maintain records.
- Create and maintain personal action items and to‑do lists, follow up proactively, and provide status updates.
- Perform Chief of Staff level duties and/or project management tasks as needed.
- Grade 12 / National Senior Certificate (NSC) or equivalent.
- Diploma or certification in a relevant field.
- Proven experience as Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant (BPO preferred).
- Excellent command of English.
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint).
- Excellent time‑management, prioritisation, and organisation skills.
- Attention to detail, problem‑solving, and strong written and verbal communication.
- Ability to multi‑task and handle sensitive material with discretion.
The position is primarily sedentary, involving prolonged computer use and telephone headset use. Occasional movement within the office, including reaching, lifting up to 40 pounds, and standing for extended periods, may be required.
Conditions of Employment- Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based.
- Must submit to a Level II background/security investigation with a fingerprint and a drug screening. Job offers are contingent on the results.
