Buyers Assistant Administrator

Buyers Assistant Administrator required in Cape Town.

Are you a junior administrator with strong administration and client liaison skills and live close to Observatory / Maitland Business Parks?

Do you have knowledge assisting a Buyer in the promotion and clothing field. We are looking for an enthusiastic administration assistant for the Buyer & Key Accounts Manager assisting with client liaison and promotional products team.

Work closely with the buyer where with your multi-tasking ability no two days will be the same.

• Matric and relevant qualification advantageous
• Very well spoken in English and Afrikaans
• Will need own transport to get to the Location – Observatory / Maitland
• Very good computer literacy with can do attitude to learn new systems and grow your knowledge
• Initiative is required in this multi-tasking position
• Accuracy, strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Confident communicator, comfortable liaising with suppliers and customers

• Assisting the buyer with day-to-day buying duties
• Liaising with suppliers on samples and product specs
• Helping process and track product orders
• Supporting customers with queries and product information
• Keeping on top of admin, deadlines, and order updates
• Thinking one step ahead of the Key Accounts Sales Manager and Buyer
