Our client is seeking experienced Senior Clerks (contract) with a background in call centre operations, ideally within a municipal environment. This is a great opportunity for candidates with strong communication skills and a passion for customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer and manage all incoming interactions (calls, emails, etc.)
• Ensure effective and efficient service delivery
• Capture and update C3 notifications accurately
• Maintain and update systems with relevant and up-to-date information

Minimum Requirements:

• Matric (Grade 12) Tertiary qualification will be an advantage
• 12 years experience in a call centre environment, preferably at a municipal level
• Proficient in English, with Afrikaans or Xhosa as an additional language

Essential

Skills:

• Excellent customer care and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in MS Office and computer literacy
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
