The Department of Infrastructure, Western Cape Government has an opportunity for a suitably qualified and competent individual to effectively administer subsidy beneficiary records and coordinate liaison services with various stakeholders to ensure efficient service delivery.

An appropriate 3-year National Diploma/B-Degree (equivalent or higher qualification); A minimum of 1 year working experience in an administrative environment.

• Assist to supervise the accurate and timeous processing and flow of subsidy applications
• Supervise the rendering of effective liaison services to all role players
• Assist with the management and maintenance of the Housing Subsidy System
• Training and logistical support
• Perform supervisory functions

• Financial and administrative prescripts governing the public sector, the Western Cape Government, and the Department
• Legislation, regulations, policies, and prescripts that are relevant to the Department and the component

Note on remuneration in addition service benefits or obligations for qualifying employees (medical assistance, housing assistance, pension-fund contributions, etc) are funded or co-funded in terms of the applicable prescripts or collective agreements.
