Role: Training Administrator: WC

We are looking for a proactive, highly organised administration professional to join our P&D department and be responsible for the general administration within the Training Department. This role will provide support to the greater P&D team through the efficient-running of the Training Department and all administration related thereto.
Requirements:- Knowledge/experience in Skills Development administration - essential
- 2 years previous experience in administration equivalent role
- Strong computer literacy skills (Microsoft Office)
- Strong administration skills
- Learner Management System knowledge – advantageous
- Planning, organising & time management skills
- Customer service skills and communication skills
- Good phone etiquette
- Liaise with stake holders in accordance too mandate
- Self-motivated and able to adapt to changing environment
- Work well under pressure
- Coordinate daily training events:
- Welcome learners
- Coordinate tea and lunch breaks
- Assist/deal with learner queries
- Answering phone calls
- Maintaining and updating manual and computerised filing and registration systems
- Booking external training and admin related tasks
- Assist in compiling and preparing reports and documents related to skills development/training activities
- Provide administration support to the Regional Coordinator, Facilitators, Assessors and Moderators
- Assist with Learnership administration
- Assist with any other Skills Development administration (mandatory grant submissions, BBBEE reporting, etc.)
- Prep administrative documents as per the QMS requirements
- File relevant documentation, attendance registers, day to day training and other documents related to training.
- Assisting in screening CVs and interviewing employed and unemployed learners for SETA funded Learnerships/Interventions
- Assist/register learners on SETA systems. Comply with SETA QA requirements
