Data Cleansing Analyst

• Accurately research, validate, and enrich company and contact data—using target lists,independent research, and AI-assisted tools.
• Maintain, update, and improve the accuracy of company databases and client records,ensuring data quality and consistency.
• Collaborate proactively with team members to achieve departmental and organizational goals.
• Execute ad-hoc data related requests as required.

Required Skills and Personal Attributes

• Strong attention to detail, persistence, and a conscientious approach to data accuracy.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Curiosity and enthusiasm for learning and applying new technologies, including AI and automation tools.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word; experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems is aplus.
• Previous experience in data cleansing, enrichment, or manipulation is highly desirable.
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, collaborative team environment.
