Experience:
The experience and skill set needed to be successful is a minimum of 5 years sales experience, of which 2 - 3 years of fulltime corporate sales experience (software or ICT Services sales is a plus). In addition, a Tertiary business diploma or bachelor’s degree is strongly preferred
• Assertive in your approach and display good persuasion and influence ability.
• Has a competitive spirit, high motivation, resilience and ambition to succeed – individually and as a team.
• Possess well-developed communication and collaboration skills with the ability to build influential relationships and deliver results in a cross-functional environment in a commercially feasible manner. Ability to multi-task, take initiative, prioritise, and manage time effectively.
• Strong business acumen.
• Ability to have a solution-driven approach by using various core capabilities of Grapevine’s products and services to client-specific requirements.
