They are currently seeking a Supplier Replenishment Analyst (SRA) to join their dynamic team based in the Southern Suburbs of Cape Town.

• Inventory Management:
  Monitor inventory levels and identify potential shortages or surpluses. Initiate replenishment orders to maintain optimal stock levels.
• Replenishment Planning:
  Develop and execute replenishment plans based on demand forecasts, lead times, and other relevant factors.
• Data Analysis:
  Analyze sales data, inventory trends, and market conditions to identify improvement areas.
• Supplier
  
  Collaboration:
  
  Work closely with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and resolve order or shipment issues. Maintain strong supplier relationships and communication channels.
• Stakeholder Communication:
  Collaborate with internal teams such as procurement, warehouse, and logistics. Communicate proactively with suppliers regarding replenishment strategies and performance.
• Reporting & Analysis:
  Generate regular reports on inventory levels, fill rates, and other KPIs. Provide actionable insights to support management decisions.
• Process Improvement:
  Identify and implement opportunities to improve efficiency, optimize processes, and reduce costs.
• System Maintenance:
  Maintain and update inventory management systems with accurate data and replenishment schedules.
• Problem Solving:
  Address stock-outs, overstocks, and supply chain disruptions efficiently.

• SAP experience is essential.
• Proficiency in inventory management systems, data analysis tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Solid understanding of supply chain principles, inventory management practices, and forecasting methodologies.
• FMCG industry experience is essential.
