• Matric or relevant qualification.
• Prior Dealer Principal and Commercial experience.
• 2–3 years’ experience in similar role advantageous.
• Code 8 license.
• Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.
• Experience in customer relationship management.
• Experience managing and directing a sales team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong communication skills.
• Management and leader skills.
• Dedication to providing great customer service.
• Ability to lead a sales team.

• Manage organizational sales through business planning covering sales, revenue, and expense controls.
• Meet planned sales goals and set individual sales targets.
• Track sales performance and report results.
• Oversee and manage the activities and performance of the sales team.
• Coordinate with marketing on lead generation initiatives.
• Conduct ongoing training, motivation, counselling, and product knowledge development of the sales team.
• Promote the organization and products.
• Understand ideal customers and align sales approach accordingly.
• Contribute to overall team results and perform additional lawful duties as required.
