They are looking for a structured and skilled Business Development Manager to join their team.

Job Summary:

We’re looking for a driven Business Development Manager who thrives on targets, builds strong client relationships, and is motivated by high earning potential.

What will you do:

  • Build a qualified pipeline within 3 months from joining
  • Achieve a strong run rate of pipeline clients and signed deals
  • Drive new client acquisition through prospecting, networking, and direct engagement
  • Manage the full sales cycle: pitching, solution design, negotiation, and closing
  • Collaborate with marketing to generate leads and strengthen top-of-funnel activity
  • Apply our deal methodology in sourcing and converting prospects that fit our ICP
  • Maintain accurate forecasts and pipeline management using CRM tools

What they are looking for:

  • 2-3+ years’ experience in business development or sales in B2B IT sales environment (preferred if in the digital marketing, omnichannel and other digital communication space)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with proven ability to close deals, and comfortable to deal with CIO’s, CX Heads, Customer service executives and other digital officers
  • Confident, energetic, self-motivated, self-starter and target-driven personality
  • Track record of exceeding ambitious sales targets.
  • Ability to travel if required
  • Have a valid driver’s license

Compensation:

  • Basic salary with high earning potential through commission
  • Commission structure designed to reward performance
