Role OverviewWe are seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented Contracts Administrator in South Africa. You will contribute to the support function of the Commercial Department by assisting with the review, preparation, and coordination of contractual agreements, supporting the Commercial Manager and broader commercial teams in managing contractual processes, client engagement coordination, and commercial risk identification.

The salary package offered for this position will be commensurate with the skills and experience of the successful candidate.
Core Functions- Ability to review and understand legal documents, legislation, and contractual terms.
- Assist with reviewing, negotiating, and arranging for execution of various services agreements under supervision of the Commercial Manager.
- Prepare confidentiality agreements, tender responses, and other commercial documents as required or directed.
- Liaise with external clients and internal consulting teams to coordinate the client/supplier registration and engagement process.
- Assist the Commercial Manager in ensuring applicable commercial insurances are in place.
- Identify and elevate potential commercial risks to the Commercial Manager.
- Provide general commercial and administrative support during the engagement process.
- Monitor and maintain agreed procedures and policies within the Commercial team.
- Maintain accurate contract records and documentation in company systems.

- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Contracts Administrator role or similar.
- Previous experience in a contracts, legal, or commercial administration role preferred.
- Experience in a professional services environment is advantageous, with familiarity with contract management systems and processes.
- Experience working in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Teams, Outlook).
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- High attention to detail and accuracy, with strong problem‑solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong client focus and ability to build collaborative working relationships.
