Seeking an experienced, diploma-qualified educator

We’re looking for a passionate Part-Time (25 hours per week) educator with a Diploma qualification and OSHC experience to join our team. This role includes training as a PIDTDC
, with the opportunity to step into the Educational Leader position.

At St Francis College OSHC
, we provide Before School Care, After School Care, and Vacation Care for up to 60 children aged 5–13, supporting the families of our vibrant school community.

Job Requirements:

Diploma in Children Services (or ACECQA equivalent) would be required

Previous childcare experience

Hold a current Queensland Blue Card (Working with Children Check)

Willingness to take Child Protection Training as required

A passion for the education and care of school aged children in a play-based environment

Knowledge and understanding of the National Quality Framework, My Time Our Place or Early Years Learning framework and National Law/Regulations or ability to acquire

Effective oral and written communication within the workplace
