Responsibilities
- Develop and design a variety of digital assets including social media visuals, email campaigns, web graphics, and paid media creatives.
- Produce offline materials such as print collateral, event graphics, and branded items as required.
- Conceptualising new creative ideas for campaigns.
- Collaborating with Marketing, CRM, and Brand Manager / Social to ensure designs communicate messaging effectively as well as partner with wider team to research, ideate and deliver visually compelling assets.
- Campaign impact optimisation:
Understand and analyse how designs impact campaigns. - Adapt and iterate designs based on performance insights, testing, and learnings.
- Brand consistency and innovation: maintain a consistent visual identity across all touchpoints and channels.
- Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and best practices.
- Support design research, testing, and experimentation initiatives.
- Participate and collaborate with all other areas of the business where required, supporting experimentation, process enhancements or cross functional initiatives.

Sweepsouth is looking for a talented and curious Designer who loves turning ideas into eye-catching creative that actually does something. If you get excited about building brands, crafting campaigns, and constantly refining your work based on what performs best, this role is for you.
You’ll work across digital and offline channels, collaborate with a fast-moving marketing team, and help shape how Sweepsouth shows up in the world - one great design at a time!
RequirementsExperience: 5+ years of design experience (digital/e-commerce focus preferred).
Proficiencies:Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); motion/video skills (Premiere Pro, After Effects) are a plus.
Strong portfolio showcasing both brand system design and campaign creative.
Excellent project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
A self-starter with curiosity, strong attention to detail, and adaptability.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Knowledge of HTML, motion graphics, or design for performance marketing.
