Graphic Designer

Overview

This role is responsible for creating graphics for digital and print, video creation and support the team with general design execution. Ensures that the look and feel of ROGZ brand is accurately and consistently applied to all collateral.

• Required to produce creative work.
• Assist in packaging design and artwork required for on-shelf visuals.
• Create storyboards, create video content and compilations.
• Own product and lifestyle photoshoots.
• Manage all internal marketing designs to keep the lekker mojo we have.
• Manage projects from brief to completion. Taking briefs from internal teams, consolidating needs, managing outputs, quotes, printers, delivery and ensuring deadlines are met.
• Administration includes archiving and backing up the back-up and good file management.

• Relevant Graphic qualification or similar in Graphic design, art, design or related field (preferred)
• Minimum 3 year work experience working as graphic designer and video editor.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premier Pro and After Effects)
• Proficient in Microsoft 365:
  Excel, Word, Power Point
• A strong working knowledge of Google workspace and Microsoft 365 One Drive is advantageous

• Strong administrative skills and ability to implement workflow management processes
• Strong creative and conceptual skills - able to think outside the box
• Understand the importance of brand design, project development and concepts that are brand aligned
• Understanding of both print and digital channels
