As our 3D Artist, you will report to the Creative Director and serve as a pivotal member of the retail team. You will focus specifically on spatial creative design solutions, using digital 3D tools to bring brand messages to life in physical spaces. You will lead the way on project delivery while ensuring brand consistency across every touchpoint.

• Collaborating with Creative Directors and Client Services to interpret and develop complex client briefs.
• Presenting creative concepts and roadmap explanations to both internal teams and clients in a thoughtful, articulate manner.
• Mentoring, guiding, and inspiring junior members of the retail team to foster an open forum of creativity.
• Taking a leading role in project delivery, working across different departments to maintain a consistently high output.
• Continually developing your technical skills to stay at the forefront of 3D design innovation.
• Supporting leadership in the development and guardianship of the IMA brand.

• 5+ years of industry experience in 3D or spatial design.
• An excellent grounding in design principles and a deep understanding of retail design.
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, digital 3D tools, and Google Workspace.
• A proven track record of delivering and winning client pitches.
• Strong typographic and layout skills with the ability to distinguish a brand’s core message.
• A self-starter with a positive outlook who thrives as both an independent worker and a team player.
