About the Role
We're looking for a versatile creative with a sharp eye for design and hands‑on experience producing animated digital content. You'll be at the centre of our creative output crafting high‑impact HTML5 banner campaigns for our crypto casino clients, supporting video production for paid social, and handling day‑to‑day graphic design across our marketing channels.
This is a broad, hands‑on role suited to someone who thrives in a fast‑moving environment, is comfortable context‑switching between different creative formats, and takes pride in producing polished, conversion‑focused work at pace.
Core ResponsibilitiesBuild and deliver animated display banners for crypto casino clients across a range of sizes and placements. Manage asset handoff to ad networks and ensure technical compliance with file size limits, animation loop counts, click‑tag setup, and static fallbacks.
Assist with light video editing for performance‑driven UGC ad creatives. This includes trimming clips, adding captions and subtitles, overlaying music, and applying basic motion graphics to raw footage for use across paid social channels.
Produce static display banners, social media posts, promotional graphics, icons, and other general design assets. Work within brand guidelines while keeping output fresh and conversion‑focused.
Execute fast turnarounds on creative revisions and A/B test variants. Maintain well‑organised file structures and manage version control across multiple concurrent client campaigns.

- iGaming / crypto casino sector
- Paid media ad formats
- Display ad networks (GDN etc.)
- Social ad specs (Meta, Tik Tok)
- CRO‑aware creative thinking
- Direct experience with real‑money gaming or crypto/Web3 brands
- Familiarity with rich media platforms (Bannerflow, Celtra, Smartly)
- Stronger After Effects skills, logo animations, transitions, motion graphics
- Experience with AI creative tools (Midjourney, Runway
ML, Adobe Firefly) - Ability to brief and QC output from external freelancer
- Pixel‑precise, sweats spacing, colour consistency, alignment
- Fast and iterative, comfortable with quick turnarounds and multiple revision rounds
- Self‑directed, can interpret a brief and run with it
- Commercially minded — understands creative exists to convert
- Organised, clean files, clear naming, meets deadlines
- Adaptable, switches between animation, video, and static work without missing a beat
A portfolio is essential. We want to see live or exported HTML5 banner examples, video edits, and static design work. iGaming or crypto examples are a strong advantage, but quality creative from any high‑energy vertical will be considered.
