, you will assist with essential finance tasks to keep our operations running smoothly. Your key responsibilities will include:
Financial AdministrationRecording and tracking expenses, invoices, and payments
.Assisting with accounts payable and receivable
.Preparing basic financial reports and summaries.Helping to maintain accurate financial records in Xero (or similar software).Procurement Finance SupportAssisting with supplier payments and purchase orders
.Helping track costs and budgets for projects
.General SupportKeeping financial records organized and up to date.Communicating with internal teams and suppliers about financial matters.What We’re Looking ForQualification: A diploma or degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.Experience: At least 1-2 years in a finance-related role.Skills:- Basic knowledge of Xero (or similar accounting software).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong numerical literacy.
- Good Excel skills for organizing financial data.
