Responsibilities
Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reportingEnsure compliance with financial regulations and company policiesProvide financial analysis and insight to support decision-makingManage the preparation of financial statements and reportsMonitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for improvementManage relationships with financial institutions, auditors, and other stakeholdersLead and develop a team of finance professionalsRequirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related fieldCA(SA) PreferredMinimum of 5 years of experience in finance and accounting, preferably within the construction industryStrong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting principlesProficiency in financial management software and toolsExcellent leadership and communication skillsAbility to analyze financial data and provide strategic insightsStrong attention to detail and accuracySkilled in Buildsmart and Pastel/SageBenefits:
