Are you a seasoned financial planning professional with a passion for strategic leadership and innovation? A leading Financial Services company is seeking a dynamic individual to join their team as Head of Wealth and Financial Planning. You will be responsible for client engagement and leading a cross-functional team of Advisory specialists.

  • Local and offshore Wealth Management
  • Cash Investment solutions
  • Long and Short-Term Insurance solutions
  • Foreign Currency Transactional solutions
  • Domestic and offshore Fiduciary and Estate Planning services
  • Commercial Property Finance
  • Share-Based Lending
  • Personalised Share Portfolios
  • Asset-Based Finance

    • Competencies:

  • Manage budgets and deliver on sales and acquisition targets
  • Balance Sheet growth and protection through maintenance of existing deals and origination of new business
  • Monitor and supervise new employees through mentorship and coaching programmes
  • Recruit and support new staff to help them elevate and embed into our culture and business
  • Manage a portfolio of ultra-high net worth clients in conjunction with the banking team
  • Collaborate and integrate with the company
  • Manage sales initiatives and participate in product improvement and enhancement
