Finance Manager

We’re looking for a commercially minded Finance Manager to take full ownership of the finance function within a fast‑growing legal tech / SaaS business.

This is a hands‑on leadership role for someone who wants to step in, take control, and build a best‑in‑class finance function while supporting scale, system improvements, and strategic decision‑making.

• Full ownership of the finance function end‑to‑end
• Monthly management accounts, reporting packs, and financial analysis
• Cash flow management, forecasting, and budgeting
• Ensure accuracy, compliance, and strong financial controls

• Lead finance system optimisation (Xero, Dext and related tools)
• Drive process improvements and automation across the finance function
• Support system implementations and finance transformation initiatives
• Improve reporting efficiency and data visibility for leadership

• Act as the go‑to finance lead for the business
• Partner with leadership on strategic decisions and growth planning
  
  Provide commercial insights to support scaling a SaaS model
• Build and shape the finance function as the business grows

• 8–10 years’ experience
  , ideally within SaaS, tech, or high‑growth environments
• Strong experience with Xero and Dext
• Proven track record owning a full finance function
• Experience in implementations, process improvement, or finance transformation
• Confident,
  extroverted personality – able to engage with stakeholders and lead from the front
• Strong commercial mindset with the ability to operate both strategically and hands‑on

• Not just a reporter of numbers, but someone who adds insight and drives change
