Key Responsibilities
Capture/Assist with financial administration – working on XERO
Assist with Cashbook for 2 companies
Assist with Inventory and Stock GRN’s
Supplier invoices and month end recons including payment preparation
Debtors monthly statements and follow up on debtors payments
Credit card processing (month end)
Assist with Depreciation and fixed asset register maintenance
Assist with Credit checks and credit application processing
Assist with Month end reports
