Lend Regional Head

To manage a team of diverse specialists across a Region providing commercial business term funding and working capital funding solutions from origination to payout for Structured Finance and Property Finance in order to maximise profitability and grow the balance sheet of the lending book.

• Ensure the implementation of the sales strategy in the area of responsibility.
• Be accountable for all business processes, the management of risk and the adherence to legislative and organisational compliance requirements in the area of responsibility.
• Build strong business relationships, create maximum sales opportunities and promote the business's financial position.

• Minimum:
  Bcomm or Relevant Financial Degree.
• Minimum 5 years in leadership with a minimum of 7 years Fleet Management experience.
• 5-7 years People Management experience.
