Digi Cert is seeking an experienced Credit and Collections Analyst for a 6-month fixed term contract. You will develop the accounts receivable collection process, work with customers and other departments to improve collection effectiveness, and help implement best practices.
Strong focus on resolving disputes and reducing delinquency. The role requires 3+ years in B2B collections, solid accounting or finance background, and proficiency with Net Suite ERP and MS Office tools.
