Your role at HFM:

• Process and monitor client withdrawal requests
• Ensure compliance with the company’s anti-fraud policy by conducting thorough investigations
• Communicate with banks and payment processors
• Assist clients with general finance inquiries via phone and email
• Collaborate with other departments for back office related tasks
• Provide daily screenshots of payment gateway balances for accounting reconciliation
• Check KYC documents when required

• 1+ years’ experience in a Back Office, Finance or similar role
• Good command of the English language (oral and written)
• Experience in the FX/ Financial Services Industry will be considered an advantage
• Computer proficiency
• 22 days of Annual Leave (reaching up to 30 days per year based on years’ service)
