• Designing, building, and maintaining interactive BI dashboards and reports for investment, risk, and operations teams.
• Tracking portfolio performance, cash flows, and credit risk metrics via data-driven insights.
• Improving reporting speed, accuracy, and transparency by automating recurring processes.
• Maintaining data accuracy while partnering with IT/engineering to optimize pipelines and working with investment professionals to turn requirements into technical solutions.
• Conducting specific analyses to address investment, market, and performance questions.

• Advanced skills in BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik), strong SQL capabilities, data modeling expertise, ETL workflow experience, and advanced Excel skills (including Power Query/VBA).
• Experience with Snowflake is considered an advantage.
• Familiarity with asset management strategies (public/private markets, fixed income, alternative investments, structured products) and the full investment lifecycle.
• Proficiency in interpreting financial statements and portfolio data is essential.
• A relevant Bachelor’s degree (Finance, Economics, Data Science, Engineering) is required.
• 5+ years of experience in BI, data analytics, or investment operations within sectors like private credit or asset management.
• An analytical, detail-oriented self-starter who can effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and manage multiple priorities.
