Senior Finance Leadership: Group Reporting, Governance & Strategic Finance

Oasis Group Holdings is seeking an experienced finance professional to take ownership of a broad and impactful finance leadership mandate within the Group.

This opportunity is suited to a senior finance leader who combines strong technical accounting expertise with the ability to influence business decisions, strengthen governance frameworks, and partner with executive leadership.

The successful candidate will play a key role in leading the Group's accounting function, enhancing financial reporting capabilities, driving process improvements, and supporting strategic decision-making.

• Lead and strengthen the Group accounting function, ensuring effective governance, controls and operational excellence
• Oversee financial reporting, IFRS compliance, consolidations and statutory reporting requirements
• Review and sign off management accounts, consolidated financial statements and financial reporting packs
• Drive budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis and performance reporting processes
• Prepare and review reporting for Executive Management, Board and Audit Committee engagements
• Oversee treasury activities, cash flow forecasting, liquidity planning and stakeholder management
• Develop and improve finance processes, systems and automation initiatives
• Establish and maintain robust internal controls, policies and procedures
• Provide strategic financial insight and advice to support business decisions
• Lead, mentor and develop finance professionals across the organisation

• A professional finance qualification (CA(SA) preferred)
• Strong experience in financial reporting, IFRS and consolidations
• Proven experience leading finance/accounting functions or significant finance portfolios
• Exposure to governance, controls and executive-level reporting
• Strong analytical capability with the ability to translate financial information into business insights
• The confidence and maturity to engage with senior stakeholders
