This opportunity is ideal for individuals with strong academic records, excellent analytical ability and a genuine interest in building a career within the financial services and investment industry.

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or Business Science, majoring in Finance, Investments, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics or a related field.
• GPA of 65% or above .
• Matric Mathematics 60%+ or Mathematical Literacy 70%+ .
• No more than 2 years’ work experience .
• Strong academic performance, consistency and evidence of improvement.
• Achievement-oriented with a strong willingness to learn and grow.
• Involvement in sport, leadership, cultural or community activities .
• Demonstrated initiative through activities such as entrepreneurship, tutoring or community projects .
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Academic results will be assessed holistically, including consistency, improvement year-on-year and explanations for any failed modules, deferred examinations or changes in qualification.
